The 4 Days will Cover:

• On stage training demos with dogs; formal presentations on training procedures; the politics of training (including certification); panel discussions and Q&A all to add to your knowledge base going forward to creating a curiosity for both the novice and the professional trainer (and all of you in between who are also animal trainers) so you can take “actionable gems” to further in your own training.
• Learn more about changing your own behaviour! Improving your observational skills, taking data and improving it and of course…also covered Bob’s mantra: Timing, criteria and rate of reinforcement! Make the future you better through onstage insight for your own dogs, students and students dogs.
• Cutting edge trainers will talk about current training methods and how the evolution of that training brought about the current stream of positive training and trainers.
• Leave the conference with the knowledge of "games people play" to improve their mechanical skills. How fast to move, evaluate how accurate is your hand/eye coordination, how far can you accurately toss food, and other skills can be taught without your dog or to share with your students.
• At the same time as all of the above you yourself will be learning via the internet how to build a greater reach to bring your own message on training to the masses. Live the experience from your home and have 30 days to review and implement what you learn.
